The Forums

The forums is a great way to get answers, and to give answers to! You know, you can do more than support-related stuff in the forums too. You can report bugs, give tips about new features and discuss about almost everything.

If you like IRC, you can find us in #aroodonline on Freenode. Please note that some of us are "idleing" which means that we maybe won't answer even if we are online.

It's preferred to use the contact form rather than email. There is always a chance for emails to be picked up as spam.
I will generally reply to messages within 24 hours unless I am horribly swamped.
